Refund policy

RETURNS
To return a product and get return address and details, send us a message with order number and reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If an item arrives in a damaged packaging or damaged condition, buyer must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order. Send us a message with pictures or video and all details to get your issue escalated to the proper business area.

Our return policy covers the items for 14 days after delivery, if 14 days have gone by since item is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or remedy the problem. For cancellation after placing an order before delivery please refer to our Shipping Policy.

An order cannot be cancelled after shipping, if an order is shipped it is coming to you, please return it once arrived if you no longer need it and send a request for refund. If an order has left our warehouse we have no way to control or cancel the order.

If an order tracking status is shown delivered on the third party tracking systems, we cannot cancel that order.

If an order tracking status is shown attempted to deliver or returned to carrier or something similar in terms that package was either delivered, attempted to deliver, or accepted or unaccepted by the customer we cannot issue refund or credit for that order. Please know that once an order leaves our warehouse it never comes back to us. If you need to return a product, please accept the delivery and email us and ask for the return address which varies and based on your location. Refund cannot be issued if an order is shipped, was on its way per tracking ID but it is lost at the post office before delivery. All returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee if returned within fore-mentioned guidelines.  

NON-RETURNABLE/NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Gift cards and personalized products are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know the status of approval or rejection of the refund request.

When your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in 2-3 weeks.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received a refund after 3 weeks then kindly confirm with your bank before contacting us, your refund might be on hold at their end. It may take them some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and if you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@healthycarrot.net

SHIPPING 
Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Depending up on where you live, the time may vary for your returned product to reach us. All buyers should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item since it solely depends on the shipping carrier and variable factors.
