SHIPPING POLICY

ALL DESTINATIONS
Shipping charges are calculated based on the location of destination and shipping type selected. Domestic First Class Shipping to US continental destinations is offered free on our website.

Our warehouses are located around the world. Once we receive an order, processing begins, and how long delivery takes depends on the shipping destination and type of shipping carrier selected. US domestic orders normally take 1-3 weeks to arrive, for International orders please allow up to 30 days. Our order cancellation cut-off time is 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled past the cut-off time, for special review of your unique situation please email us at support@healthycarrot.net. 

Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-12 business days and certain items may take 12 to 29 business days. If you did not receive your order during this time please let us know. Orders are not processed on federal holidays and certain shipping carriers are not available for certain destinations. All available shipping options will be displayed at the checkout for specific destinations.

For orders with more than 20 items please email us for a wholesale pricing. Upgraded orders placed after 4:59 p.m. ET Monday - Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Weekend delivery might not be available by certain carriers.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
For all international orders we use actual shipping rates depending upon destination.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

Please note shipping & handling is a taxable service.

Certain products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.
